Cold ICP Limited provides cold email-related solutions, including but not limited to:
- Cold email infrastructure setup
- Integration with any preferable ESP (Email Service Provider) like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, or any other ESP
- List prospecting and cleaning
- Campaign setup for success
- Monitoring and management
3. Subscription and Billing
- Subscription Plans: We offer a subscription plan for Google Workspace at a discounted price of $3/month/user.
- Billing and Charges: All other services are charged on a demand basis. Detailed pricing for these services will be provided at the time of engagement.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least 3 days before the renewal date of your subscription. Cancellations made within this period will take effect at the end of the current subscription term.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. Once a subscription term has commenced, the fees for that term are non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds are offered for our manually performed services, as workforce costs are incurred.
5. Changes to Services and Pricing
- Service Changes: Cold ICP Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that may affect your subscription.
- Pricing Changes: We may update our pricing from time to time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the next renewal date of your subscription.
6. Use of Services
- Compliance: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prohibited Activities: You must not use our services for any unlawful activities, to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or similar materials, or to infringe upon the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Cold ICP Limited are the property of Cold ICP Limited or its licensors. You may not use any of these without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cold ICP Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cold ICP Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
